This session will highlight our article published in Financial Executives Magazine last month and will include practical information that you can apply immediately toward improving your Financial Effectiveness. (Click HERE for a direct link to the full article)

Join us to learn how to master the challenges of constant changes, increasing requirements and constrained resources that limit the effectiveness of traditional process improvement.  Leveraging a blended LEAN/Agile approach provides a better path to sustainable success of financial transformation efforts, as illustrated during this session.

If you are planning to attend the CFRI conference, we’d like to invite you to also join us for drinks and dinner in the theatre district at 8:00pm on Sunday, November 17th.  EITF member Tony Sondhi will also be joining us for this opportunity to network over dinner.

Please let us know by November 12th if you will be attending CFRI and can join us for dinner on Sunday and our breakfast session on Monday.  We’d very much like to spend some time sharing your thoughts and learning from you too.  (Click HERE to reserve your seat at our table)

Monday evening, after the conference, we will gather for another networking opportunity at the hotel bar.  Please join us for an opportunity to share experiences and insights and get to know each other .
